Surat is the Jacquard capital of India — home to over 8 lakh power looms that produce some of the world's finest saree fabrics. Our factory uses state-of-the-art Jacquard looms that weave intricate patterns directly into the fabric.
Every Gold Zari thread is precision-woven to create patterns that rival handloom quality — from Banarasi motifs to Kanjivaram temple borders — all at a fraction of the cost.
Varni Vastra Factory, Surat

This zari is then loaded into our Jacquard looms, where computer-controlled pattern cards guide every thread. The result: intricate gold work that would take weeks by hand, delivered in hours with consistent quality.
